[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mk262 Pricing

Any thoughts on what the going rate is for mk262? I have a few boxes of the "Seconds" and was asked about a trade on them. I haven't seen it for sale anywhere to check prices, and I do not recall what I paid for it. I want to make sure I can cover my costs and give somebody reasonable trade value.

Before the panic Cabelas was at, or just higher than, $1 per round.

Current rate? Check gunbroker... Several auctions for 262 a couple days ago.

It has been right around a buck a round for quit a while.

I've got near 600 rounds of the stuff. Usually bought a box at a dollar a round every time I was at cabelas and they had it. Local shop even had the "firsts" for a while. Actually cheaper then the "seconds" at cabelas. $51.99 vs $48.99. I think cabelas lowered it to $49.99 sometime last year.

I'd pay no more then a dollar a round. That is coming from a guy with a pretty big stash of it though.

A buck a round sounds about right. I want to say I picked up for about that.

I usually get it at Cabelas for $50/box for Seconds, usually if I had a coupon to take a little of the sting out.

I've been buying from a local dealer for $47 dollars a box. Ordered from Old Virginia a few months ago and with shipping it was around $490 for 500. Looks like the price went up a few dollars since I ordered in December but its still hovering around $1/round.
