Has anybody used, or tested the newer blue box Privi match?  In the older boxes, the 69's were better then the 75's.  Is this still the case?  What kind of accuracy are you guys getting with them both?  Thanks, L2B

I have shot the 69's outta my Savage .223 bolt gun with 1/9 twist. It shrunk my groups by an inch or so at 100 yds. compared to the bulk federal I was using.  It will certainly shoot MOA if you and your gun are up to it. I haven't used the 75 grain.

I've shot both 69 and 75 grain.  I didn't measure the groups, but the 69 grain produced obviously tighter groups our of my rifle.

Thanks guys!  I appreciate the heads up.

@Chuckt, were these the newer boxes, newer production?  Blue box, VS older green/white boxes?

Mine are lots from 2010.  My colt 6940 prefers the 75's but not by much.  I've since put an Eotech on it and zero'd at 50yds with the 75gr just because the Terminal ballistics are better.  The groups at 50yds are the same really.

Not directly comparable, but I use both the Federal GMM and the Privi 168's in my .308.

I tend to shoot very similar groups with both rounds.

I would expect the .223 stuff to act accordingly.

I have used the 69g in a 24" bull barreled free float setup.  Very nice groups.
