Ok, I have a couple of questions on ammo and hope someone will help me out.

I was in Walmart yesterday and saw Winchester 556 frangible training ammo.
Thought it was regular ammo at first till I read the box.

Does anyone use this, is it good ammo for practice? The clerk was busy selling a DPMS AR and I didn't want to track down a scanner so I don't know what the price was on it.
What is a good price if it's GTG ?

Another question,

What is the average price for XM855 ammo per round ? I think this is the preferred ammo for a 1/7 16" barrel.
I would like to purchase some bulk, but don't want to overpay ( I know, all of it's high right now ) and would like to know a deal when I see one?

Damnit, I had one more question but forgot it typing all this out.

Frangible is good for indoor ranges where you don't shoot long distances. I would say outside too, but you can buy cheaper stuff for outdoors. Don't know what Walmart charges, but it's probably around $12-$14.
855 online is hitting the 50 cents ($500 a case)  a round point from some dealers. Some still list it at $400 a case or 40 cents a round, but most are out of stock.
I refuse to pay that much so it's cheap steel case till some of the 193 comes with free shipping.
