What is the closest cannister grade powder for the Federal Gold Metal Match .308 w 168 gn Sierra Match King?

I measured 43.8 grains of an extruded stick powder (charge filled case with the SMK mounted at 2.800 COAL) 0.075" long x 0.034" dia.granules, dark grey (almost black), no odor.

Federal says 2650 fps MV in a 24" test barrel.

I was going to guess RL15.  It seems to be the best match from reloader reports.  However, Alliant/Hercules is not part of the ATK empire, is it?

Thanks.  I read somewhere that RL15 was selected for the M118 sniper rounds.  I think the FGMM 168 gn meets the M852 requirements, according to some older data I have here from NRA circa 1980.  Anyway, this gives me something to go on.  Thanks, and sorry for Off Topic in tthe AR15 Ammo forum.  I lose the way to the other Ammo forum from time to time.
