I ordered some .308 battle pack ammo from them on 5/2. Supposedly "in stock". Got notification of a shipping label creation on 5/8. But not shipped, according to UPS. Just the shipping label got created.
Today is 5/17 and still nothing has shipped. I called TSU and got this response, "That is surplus ammo and it just came in today. We have to inspect it before we can ship it out so it takes a while. You should get it before next Friday." But I called on Monday (5/14) and got this same story. I'm now wondering if it will every really come in. Oh, and they charged my account on 5/4. Has anybody got anything good to say about this company, or did I just get screwed. |

I ordered 400 rounds of 55 grn VMax in early April. It said It was in stock when I ordered it. 7 days later my cc was charged and a few days after that a shipping label was created. After waiting several more days for a shipping label update, I got an email saying my order was refunded. When asked why, they said it was out of stock. This was the only time I have attempted to order anything from them. |

I live local to Target Sports USA and do my business with them FTF. I stopped by this past week to pick up some ammo. Most of what I was looking for was in stock. 1item was listed as in stock on the web but was out. That web page now shows the item as out of stock. This is not a retale store but a warehouse. My impression of TSUSA is that they are a small business trying to grow. They recently moved to a larger warehouse. This week i saw 3 people filling orders in the warehouse, with a stack of orders to be filled maybe 300/400 deep.They are scrambling to fill orders. I can't comment on the online business and custumer service as I do my business face to face, but I have always been treated well. Do they need to update thier online ordering, notification and inventory system to meet the expanding demands of thier customers? Just remenber that all businesses go through growing pains.

I have patience. I order from Wideners all the time. The thing that got me on this deal was the fact that they charged me on the 4th and still hadn't shipped it by the 17th. That always seems a little fishy to me. In any case, looks like they finally got around to shipping it last night at about 21:00. So at least it's finally on the way. |

| Ordered from them and the CDNN side a ton. Never gotten screwed. Shipping times have varied with the season and demand level. I would imagine they are busy, and they could be having headaches with the 7.62x51mm surplus issues. I would wait for them to sort/inspect the ammo rather than piss and moan to get it shipped faster and get bad ammo. |
| I buy most of my ammo from them FTF and they are great people. I know waiting for the ammo is painfull but the owner is a stand up guy and will deliver. Every time I'm there the amount of orders being packed and shipped are crazy for their size. Order with confidence they aren't going anywhere, there a small business that's growing rapidly and will only get better!! |

When I called customer service to straighten it out, the guy I talked to was a complete ass. His position was that even though they *purposely* sent the wrong thing as what I had ordered was out of stock (website said it was in stock), I should just shut up and be happy. Went back to check something on the website and they had banned my IP from accessing it. I only had that one experience but no, I don't recommend ordering from them. |

HMMM?????? Yep. That's what it said when I tried to load their webpage. Of course, I could still access it from other IP's. I guess they just banned the IP that was logged with my order. |

The shipping weight on UPS is about 15 lbs light. Maybe 16. It will be interesting to see what actually shows up. |
