i have about 20 loose rounds .223. the headstamp is FC 09 (i think it is 09, very small) and a drop of blue on the primer.
i think it is 77 grain

Sounds like American Eagle. Probably 55 grain.

Federal Cartridge, which is the American Eagle stuff. Good stuff, nothing to worry about.
