I have a bandoleer kit a friend gave me that is NIW, I wasn't sure if I should use it or keep it as is.  It is marked

5.56 MM
Ball M193
10 RD CLIPS
LC-89H006-296

It has the bandoleer, cardboard, stripper clips and spoon.

I don't think it can be NIW (New In Wrapper?)
it has the Lot# of the ammo that came in it originally.
i.e. LC-89H006-296

It's not a collectible.

Maybe my buddy wrapped it up, it looks new in the wrapper.  Thanks guys, I'll open it up and use it.  Not a bandoleer kind of guy, just gonna play with it for the hell of it.
