so i usually get PMC x-tac m855 but palmetto is sold out so im thinking about ordering .233 PMC bronze 55gr ammo, will i notice any diff between the 2?
i have a 16" spikes M4LE btw

You will likely notice a shift between POA and POI at distance and possibly a difference in level of overall accuracy.
If you have a chronograph, the differences in velocity will come to light.

Not sure what you mean by "notice".. but the Bronze will be much milder POI shift shouldn't be too bad though.
