ADCOM is manufactured in the UAE.  I forget where I bought this stuff from, but Ive had a couple of boxes of this for about a year or two.  Yesterday I shot with some and the results were just horrible.  My targets looked as if they had been shot with buckshot.  I switched over to federal 223 and was able to get two inch groups, so I know it was not me or the rifle.

Anyone else tried this stuff ?  is the brass even worth reloading?

It's crap (as you found out).

I have found it works pretty well except for the dreaded 99 headstamp which must be avoided like the plague.

Shoots fine out of my Bushmaster. Some people were reporting blown primers, that was the biggest complaint.

Not really, unless you just want some blasting ammo.  The flash holes tend to be off center, so its not the best for reloading.
