Ammo has markings of " IVI 85 with nato cross". Does anyone know what it is or where it is made?

IIRC that's Canadian. Probably SS109, I think they called it C77 or something though.

Canadian military version of SS109, produced by Industries Valcartier Inc. in Quebec.
