What are all the types of XM193 out there?
I see all kinds of designations after the XM193. Like XM193CB or XM193BK. What do these designations after the 193 mean? Anybody have a link that explains this? Thanks. |

XM193PD is a lower grade than XM193.
XM193BK is bulk packaged and is lower grade (probably same as XM193PD) XM193SC is sold on stripper clips There's also http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=16&t=434171 |
| What about XM193A? Is this real stuff or is More Expensive Than Gold trying to pull a fast one? |

I really like the Federal XM193 and its on my shopping list as that is my preferred ball ammo. Id sure like to get some more it it would dip under $400/1000 I haven't seen that since early '08. If it ever gets below .40/rd again I'll be all over it too. I stumbled across the 200 rnd Value Paks of XM 193 for $72.68 ea ($363.40/1k) a few months back. It didn't last long after I bought all I wanted then let it slip out here and the Ammo whores cleaned it out. MidSouth Shooters has had none since. |
