I have a 16" upper comming abd its got the 1x7 twist. I have some ammo which is 55 grain and I have started to pick up reloading supplies alittle at a time. what is the grain range that I should try to keep to?

Look at the review section at top. All great reading and will answere most questions. 55 gr bulletts are fine but for going the distance, look to 62 and above.
