Can anyone help me identify this round?  Headstamp says 7.62 at the 12:00 position and 82 at the 6:00.  Primer has red primer sealant (most of which I rubbed off in the pic).  There are no other markings.  If anyone has any info please let me know.  Thanks.

I don't think it's Chinese. ??  The case is brass.   I know the Chinese made steel 308 but as far as I know they did not make any brass 308.  Thanks for your input.
