I know the brass case Monarchs sold at academy are made by PRVI. Is this the exact same ammo sold under the PRVI brand name over on wideners?

I am wanting to stock up on some soft points but I was not impressed with the accuracy of the Monarchs. ~2.5" out of an Hbar that groups better than 1" with winchester soft points and 1.25" with PRVI FMJ 55 gr.

I've been lurking around this site for about a month and finally decided to join the fun. This is a great website and I'm glad I found it.

Get the M855 from widners. great through the 4 guns I ve tested. Plus their testing.
Goes through 3/8 steel at 100 yards. Never had a jam. Widners is 2 weeks behind but very reliable.

The Monarch is NOT the same stuff. It may be made in the same place but its not the same. Get the Prvi from Wideners, its a lot better
