remington UMC 55 grain 200 round value pack for 94.99 this week, bought one. Good price or not? reg retail is 119.95 for this.

It's better than what you would pay at WalMart buying 50 at a time, but not that much better. I think WalMart sells 50 rounds for $25. Some people have more variety at their WalMarts. The one closest to me does not have that much ammo selection. I would never find a 200 round bulk pack from my nearby Wally World. |
I get sick when I think of that South African 2700 round battlecrate from sportsmans guide that I bought back in 2001for 309.95 plus S&H. I should have bought 10 of those!

There is a New World Order in place right now. Does Cabelas have stock on what you bought last month at the same price? I found American Eagle XM193 for $319/800 but that comes with a dry ammo box. I don't know when we'll see Federal XM193 for $.30 per round again...but if anyone does, please let me know. |
