[ARCHIVED THREAD] - TOP BRASS???

Picked up a bunch of empties (500+) with the "TOP BRASS" headstamp off of our club's LE range the other day (Cops are such slobs, but I love them for it). I never have seen it before, but the brass is very shiney. There was so much of it laying around, it had to be have been the cops, so most likely only used once. Who makes it? and is it good brass?

Well, that's likely, although the website only lists primed and unprimed brass, not loaded ammo, and it says mixed headstamps (LC, WCC, FC). The stuff I picked up was ALL definitely stamped "TOP BRASS". Curious.

Cor-Bon also use to use Top Brass in their loadings. I still have some of it laying around.

Because you are from KS and it was LE ammo, that is once fired brass. The ammo was loaded by BVAC, that is the ammo we get on the state contract.
