A walmart near where i worked had a pretty good deal on some ammo.  I was able to pick up 50 rd value packs of Remington UMC MC 55gr for $13.00!  I was able to pick up 400 rounds for a little over 100 bucks.  I did the math and that is less than the last time i picked up bulk Wolf.

Anyone have experience with this round in 20inch HBAR with a 1/9?  My AR really enjoyed eating up the Remington in the past (but it wasn't UMC MC).  Heck even if its just good for plinking then i think i did okay.

Going to check back and see if i can't get more next week!

I forgot to add, my local walmart has teh same packs for $24 and some change.  Does anyone have experience doing price matches at walmart?  If i bring in the reciept will they do a price match at my local walmart?

I shoot it through my stag model 1 and it seems to perform pretty decent, but it doesn't shoot as good as xm 193 in my riffle, yours may love it....either way, you got a great deal!!

Yeah i figured it was mispriced, thats why i jumped on it and picked up every box they had.  Hoping thier next shipment will be the same way.  not sure when i will get a chance to try it out (new baby on the way) but never hurts to have more ammo on standby.

sounds like they mistakenly put the 20 count box price on the 50 count box.

It's ok, ammo, a bit light and not super tight groups but adequate.

I would certainly buy it, shoot it, and reload the cases.  They're much less work than crimped cases.
