I got in my .223 order from aim..... not a truck load, but enough to keep my shtf stuff in the closet and still shoot. Bryan did right by me again. Seems hes one of the few good guys left. I will continue to buy all my online ammo from aim, prices are as reasonable as the ammo market allows, and his prices almost always beats out everyone else.... As always I highly reccomend Aim.

I've spent thousands of dollars at AIM, I've yet to have a complaint about cost, shipping, or being treated right as a customer after the fact.

They are tops in my book.

My only concern/complaint is that it was a hastle...issue to get signed up and ready with them to take my order....big unneccessary hastle...

But once that was behind me...no problems and great prices/service.

Deffinatley one of my rime ammo choices.

I can agree with the hassle, but liability wise from their point of view it's a must. One sale to some underage punk who legally can't buy ammo then goes out and does something henious could financially ruin a company from a lawsuit. [or 3]

Never ordered anything from AIM, but I've been there a couple times and had to ship some things back and forth and from what I've seen this guys are aces in my book.

I would like to be the pimp for all things AIM,but I can't.They won't ship to MA while a bunch of other vendors do.I fax the vendors that want my business a copy of my LTC,D/L and  an ammo statement and everything is cool.

Not with AIM.

But hey, they do plenty of business outside of MA,so I can't say I blame them. The smaller vendors want my business..CMP sells me ammo,so it can't be illegal to ship ammo to MA..

BTW AIM,we have a new Atty. General here in MA...

I love aim and their customer service but I do have one complaint...They base whether they have your DL on file by the zip code you provide to them.  I just moved recently and had placed two orders in the last 2 weeks.  When my first ammo never arrived I made sure to call and ask why after I saw the SA stuff go up.  They told me they didnt have a copy of DL on file even though I have ordered thousands of dollars of stuff from them over the years.  I ended up missing out on some of the silver bear .308 they had which was pretty cheap, no big deal since I got a bunch of the SA stuff but I would have been pretty pissed if I hadn't called on my lunch break today and simply told them I moved and my old addy zip code since I would have missed out on the SA stuff.  So beware.... if you move AIM no longer knows that you exist until you tell them.

Oh and they said they send an email letting me know they needed my DL before they could ship but I am an email freak and I have a blackberry so I am always in hands reach of email checking it constantly and I received no such email.

I don't have a problem with the driver license thing but I will be the one guy to gripe about the way they packed my last order. I ordered two cases of 22lr ammo and another 2 bricks of another style of a different 22 ammo to try. The one case of 10 bricks came to me in fine shape but the shipping gorillas dumped the other 12 bricks in an oversize box with a handfull of sheets of newspaper as packing. These 12 bricks got all crushed up with 3 or 4 of them smashed open and at least a dozen of the 50round boxes ripped apart with shells all over the inside of the big cardboard shipping box. Many of the crushed bricks that were still whole had one side crushed to the point each box on one side of each brick had flattened bullets . This wasn't bulk blasting ammo but boxed Aguilla target ammo.
When I told the folks at Aim that I believed that I had a bunch of what used to be target ammo that had bent and flattened bullets they were real sports and offered to send me a couple of 50 round boxes of free ammo!
I am not sure if they are just stupid or if they were just goofing on me but I am done with these asses .

I keep a scan of my DL & passport on my computer.  Email it as a attachment and your good to go.  I don't remember if I had to sign a ammo statement but if I did I probably scanned it to a email and that was it.
I really don't think it's to much to ask from a vendor if it helps keep prices down because of a lesser chance of lawsuits.  We all pay for those suits one way or another.  Long live AIM.  They always make life a little easier.

the old attorney general sued us and as part of the settlement i don't sell to MA, even to guys like Lew Hortons, thats also why we require a copy of the drivers license.

we have ALLOT of customers so its hard to match up ID if there is a new zip code, but we can easily get it fixed, some internet providers send our emails of order #s and problem emails into spam filters, i get that allot.

I wasn't bitching as much as trying to let everyone know the process so they can aviod missing out on something they ordered...as for a spam filter I do not have one so the only thing I can think of is that someone hit the close button instead of the send button.  No big deal though in fact it worked out better this way anyway for me.  Just glad I called during lunch as it seems like you guys sold out of the SA stuff around 1est and I don't get off work till around 5.

Thanks for the great service though guys at AIM I really like your company and would recommend it to anyone.
