| Don't know if this belongs here or not, I going to open a little country store in our town and I was wanting to sell ammo. Do I need a special license or anything to sell it? If I want to buy wholesale do I need an ffl or will just a resale license do? Thanks in advance. |

Unless their is a local ordinance or special zoning you are all set. I sold ammo for years before getting my FFL. I learned that the FFL can get you better deals. I actually could care less about selling guns since they are not a money maker. I just do transfers for 10.00 and it pays better than selling a new gun. |
