I am in the market for several thousand 5.56 blanks. So far all I can find are USGI blanks from Ammoman and Wolf blanks from Gulf state ammo. Has anyone here used Wolf 5.56 blanks? Are the Wolf blanks louder than USGI. Thanks |
| Widener's has 223 blanks from Prvi Partizan. They are full or powder and go bang as loud as any I have used. Years ago, I used Winchester blanks on an honor guard and the PPU are as good as those. The PPU are crimped, lacquer sealed and they feed very nicely from the magazine with hand chambering. They do not cycle the bolt (none do) without a blank adapter, but the PPU feed flawlessly by hand. I haven't seen the Winchesters in a long time and would not know where to get them. |
