Was at the range Monday, shooting some Wolf, along with some XM193 and Fed AE. Pulled trigger and nothing. Extracted shell and this is what I found:

Yep, it looks like the primer went in sideways, they don't work too hot that way!

Yes, I look at the rounds before loading. Must have just missed this one. I loaded them the day before. Guess I will have to look a little better. I'm only human and not perfect.
