Makes great 223/5.56mm

but shity handgun ammo from what everyone says?

back in the 96/97 I reloaded alot of the xtp in 9mm and 40 they penetraded pretty good but barely mushroom? they were Very accurate !

what are the problems with them now?

is penetration a problem? or wont mushroom

or both

out of most all bullets in 9mm & 40 the XTP was the most accurate with handloads?
the regular win 180jhp was next in 40sw

belive it or not the silver tip 115 in 9mm was pretty good also? when handloaded to +p it would pancake all the way FLat in wet paper
