I got 200 rounds of HSM police ammunition 223 rem 55gr FMJ Missoula,MT as well . . . . any good??

and 100 rounds of 62gr. reloads . . . . all for the bargain price of $50.00

Is it worth that?

You got an excellent deal, if not just for the PMC alone. I've always found PMC to be very accurate out of my AR's (they're 55gr FMJBT).
My department used to use HSM stuff for practice, with not so good results, but that was at least 10yrs ago; things may have changed there.
The other stuff, there's no way of knowing who reloaded it, so pull the components and load the cases with what you know is good stuff, or trash them.

Where did you get it? That's a good deal. That PMC camo box stuff has a good reputation.

I got it from my brother-in-law, he has a mini-14 and doesn't get out to shoot much anymore. . . .
his bad, my good!

He's got more too, so next time I'm up there I'm getting it all!
