I bought a couple of cases of Pakistani during the summer from Sportsmans guide.  I was little dirty but ok and fairly accurate and consistant.  I believe its berdan primed so reloading is a no no.  I would say it was on par with the South African stuff and would buy more of it if I had a chance.

Wouldnt you stick with the SA stuff for just another $20 per case? Ive heard good things about the SA. I was on another site and heard mixed things about the Pakistani.

I prefer the SA stuff, but the packy stuff was a lot dirtier then the SA when I shot it. SA grouped better for ME. I was using it in my FALs, and M1A. Bit in a Garand [308] but I prefer better ammo for that. [Aussie and port]
