I found a few places that sell "HSM .223 55g" ammo (seen it at the gun show here in Utah and at some local stores).

Any experience with the HSM?

Is this an American company?

"HSM" wasn't listed in the Review section.

Anyone shot this out of their AR?
-------------
ADD: the price has been pretty good. About 2 hundred for 1K.

HSM is Hunting Shack Munitions. No experience with them, but you should be able to find their website and investigate if no one else chimes in.

I've tried several loads in several calibers that I bought at the Salt Lake Gun Show. All were fine. It is good stuff. The 69g match was very accurate.

Hell I can still buy Q3131A for cheaper than their "one-fired brass" 55grn/K price, and $290.44/K for new brass'd 55grn FMJ is way too high.............

They sell the one-fired stuff around here for about $200 for 1K.

We shoot A LOT of it here in WA, of course we shot more when it was $135 a thousand a year ago.

I've burned through at least 4000 rounds of their 9mm reloads, and probably 1000 of the .223.  No problems, works great for me.  I paid $80/1000 for the 9mm, including the ammo can.  I'll certainly buy more from them.

No, not really. Wally World Winchester White Box (made in Israel) is about the same price. I think I'll go with that.
