I just got about 700+ rds of assorted .223 ammo . It's all in strippers and came in bandoliers some inside cardboard sleeves. Its all in very nice shape and the brass has very little discoloration . Most of the stuff is FMJ as well. The headstamps are alll varied however. Just want to know when and where this stuff was made.

HEADSTAMPS:

8 6 1 3 This is most of the stuff
P S 7 9  2nd largest amount

About 200 rds of these assorted headstamps:

L L C 9  Soft points
W C C 8 9
W W Super .223 Rem
L C 69 These are rather large rounds tip is more blunt than the usual pointy .223

Any Info would be appreciated

Thanks

Thanks for all the info its nice to know what this stuff is . I got a great deal on it and since I might be able to get more I needed some info.

What is the brand  I should try to get more of ?

Any of it corrosive?

Should I not shoot any of this stuff?

It might say LC97 . Kinda hard to read the small lettering. I will check later tonite .

If it's LC 97 cases with soft point bullets, they're probably reloads.  I'd think twice about shooting them.
