I've been shooting Q3131A.  It's pretty loud and produces a nice fireball.  That's cool and all, but I want something loaded a little less hot for plinking.  Cheaper would be nice too.
Wolf, Remington UMC, and the plastic Natec ammo are all easily available here.  UMC costs the same as the Q3131A ($4) and the Wolf and Natec are a dollar cheaper ($3).
So which is loaded least hot?

Thanks,

UMC is excellent for what you are talking about.

It's not very hot so you'll get less wear on your rifle when plinking.  The brass is perfect for reloading too!

Hornady MATCH 75Gn OTM has the least flash of any load i have ever tried.  It has almost no flash from a 16" postban Brl with no muzzle devise.  It also shoots under 1" groups at 100M from a couple of my rifles.
