I'm a little confused I read the Ammo Oracle is it stating that Wolf ammo is better than Sellier&Bellot. Right now I have a mini-14 that I shoot S&B through and Winchester Q3131A. The Ruger shoots tighter groups with the S&B. I have a Colt M4 on the way I just don't want to put the S&B through it if it will hurt the barrel.

Why would it hurt the barrel?

I have shot around 200 rounds or so through my Olympic.  55gr "M193".  No problems whatsoever.  Seems fairly hot, respectably accurate.  No malfunctions, but I'm still a little leery about steel jackets in my barrel.

I thought the S&B had a copper jacket not steel. I gues I should read the Oracle again.

Sellier & Bellot ammo uses a steel-jacketed bullet that has been plated with gilding metal (the copper alloy commonly used for bullet jackets).  Steel-jacketed bullets aren't going to hurt a military (chrome-lined 4150-steel) barrel, but could cause extra wear in a non-chrome-lined match barrel.  Also, steel-jacketed bullets are much more dangerous to shoot at steel targets, as they ricochet and bounce back with much more force.

A few years ago, S&B also had a run of bad brass in a number of calibers, causing split cases.  While nasty, this problem has not been reported for at least a few years, so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
