I have seen some warnings about remanufactured ammunition.  Here is mine.

Bought some Talon 7.62 x 51 remanufactured because you can't find M62 ANYWHERE, and everyone likes to have a little fun once in a while.

Looked a little dirty, but was LC brass.

Had excellent function for 2 full 20 round mags on different evenings.

Had a primer fire without ignition of the powder charge, lodging a bullet in the barrel of one of my SA M1A rifles.

Stopped shooting immediately and examined the rounds, noticed substantial variance in bullet seating depth.  The differering amount of channelure exposed even within the same box is easily visible to the naked eye.

I took the remainder of the lot to the local shop for disposal.  Glad I didn't buy more.

More glad the tracing compound didn't ingite in the barrel of my rifle...

Be glad of the training you've had (wherever you got it) that said STOP when you hear pop-pop-puff (off-sound-round).

Your life may have been saved.  Think about the first time you heard that (even if it is common sense).
