Got some mistery ammo, one is Winchester I figure- the head stamp says: W C C  9 9

another is pmc 223 rem but it has red sealant around the primer, I've never seen it before

also W C C 0 2

any help would be appreciated.

The W C C looks exactly like the Lake City I have and have puple sealant around primer
They also seem as hot as the LC

WCC is Western Cartridge Company (Winchester) domestic production.

W.C.C. is Western Cartridge Company loaded by Israeli Military Industries.  IMI military ammo is marked TZZ or TZ; IMI commercial ammo is marked IMI.

On both cases 02 is 2002, 99 is 1999, etc., the date the cases came out of the machines.

PMC is a common ammo.  Their military ammo for Korean Forces is good stuff.  Poongsan Metal Mfg (Pusan, as far as you can get fron North Korea, South Korea).
