The range where I plan on shooting practical rifle competitions do not allow bullets with a steel core.  What brands have that?  I have bought 1000 rounds of Winchester (Isreal manufacture) and 1000 rounds of Federal Lake city.  Are these okay?

the q3131a and the xm193 are both lacking in the steel core stuff, if they are 55 gr.
