I saw this brand at a gun show this weekend.  What is the deal with it?  If anyone has shot it, what do you think?  Thanks.

Do you mean Maine Cartridge Company?

Run away.  This is reloads of indifferent quality.

I cant't beleive these bastards are still in business!  They are common crooks, don't count on them sending you what you ordered.  I ordered new 30 cal. Lake City, they sent 2000 rounds of reloads.  Bottom line, poor powder and over press casings, had to write off.  They would do nothing about it.  Run like HELL!

I didn't buy any.  I just saw it and I had never heard anything on this.  But the guy at the table(ammunitionstore.com) said it was not reloads, it was just put together from different parts.

This still indicates REMANUFACTURED ammo.  I would still consider them "reloads".

I bought some Miwall ammo that was remanufactured (9mm) and never had a problem. Is Maine different ? 62 grain .223 for $129 per 1k. from ammunitionstore.

Stay away.  I bought a case of the 62 gr. stuff and it blows primers regularly in both my Bushmaster and Rock River.  Had never had any problems with either of them until this s@*% came along.  Fires XM193, PMC, q3131a, and the cheap wal-mart winchester with no problems.

If a deal sounds too good to be true...it probably is.  13¢/round for 62 grainers is cheap, almost too cheap.  I was tempted for a second, then thought better of it.  Glad I did.....
