Has anyone done any experimentation with Q3131A? I thought there was a thread on it some where.

If you're talking about gelatin experiments, none have been performed yet.
We have, however, performed experiments with GP90, SA M193, and Wolf 55gr.
Some other experiments will be forthcoming.

Not to be an ass, but wouldn't it be the same as the Winchester only without corroded cases and primers put in upside down. Its Mil. Spec, wouldn't the Fackler testing be valid for it?

We certainly expect Winchester Q3131A to perform like other M193-spec ammo, yes. But it's nice to be able to confirm that via testing.
