It's been in Judiciary and the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security for a long time so it
probably died in there.
You never can tell though.
Feel free to write your rep. It helps if your rep is on the judiciary or the subcommittee. Maybe someone with a Rep who sits on one of those committees can get an update for us.
