I want to get a 9mm upper for my SBR (Mega receiver, 5.56). I plan on using Colt mags with a drop in adapter. Any recommendations that would work best with this?

what length barrel....? I have complete conversions in stock....8.5 and 16 inch barrels with heavy buffer and mag adapter $799 shipped.....and can build a 5 inch shortly....
