So I decided to build a 22 SBR for my Dead Air Mask 22 can I have in jail.

So far I have a lower, upper, and a 7 inch handguard.

My plan is to run a CMMG 4.5 inch barrel with their BCG and the Better-Mag adapter to run M&P 15-22 mags.

My question is what triggers are you guys using?

I love CMC Triggers but in my 9mm SBR it would never reset. So I don't want to go all in and get a trigger that won't work in a 22.

Also, any input on my build would be appreciated.

Im running an AR Gold trigger in my 22 and havent had any issues with it.  I think its a great trigger and have them in all my AR's.  Have one for my 9mm AR that I am building, but dont have all the parts yet to confirm if it'll work tho.
Its an expensive trigger but I use my 22 as a trainer instead of shooting my AR, and wanted the same feel as my 3gun AR.

For my 22 I'm using a Seekins lower with the better mag adapter and really like using the 15-22 mags.  The upper is the ST-22 from Spike's Tactical w 16" barrel.
Also picked up 2 Black Dog 15-22 drums to use in comps and have had good luck with those too, but dont have many rounds thru those.

I have a RRA 2-stage in my 4.5" CMMG SBR, has run great suppressed. Mostly run standard velocity ammo with BDM mags. Wouldn't argue it's the best, but has worked well in this built.

Anybody use a SD3G or any other brand w/a short reset on a 4.5 .22 upper w/o issues ???

Not sure about the dedicated uppers but certainly with the Ceiner type drop in rimfire units triggers are a issue.
Apparently a rimfire needs a stronger hit than a centerfire . Many of the target type trigger designed for ARs use a reduced power hammer spring to get a lighter pull..

I tried several different Jewell triggers , while they are truly wonderful on a centerfire AR they pretty much don't work at all on a Ceiner type drop in conversion even with the adjustable trigger weight dialed all the way up .

I have a Giselle in my Service rifle and it works fine With my conversion .
I have used RRNM triggers in most of my lowers and 3 work fine with the conversion and 1 doesn't work . Not sure if it is a odd trigger (weak spring ?) or if there is something
different about that one lower .

I have found that a better trigger really helps with accuracy

I use a Taccom pressure plug with CMC and POF 4.5 lb triggers in various AR 22 rifles.  Result is 100% reliability after constant problems with Timney & CMC 3 lb triggers.

I am using a Velocity trigger with my dedicated upper built with a CMMG bolt.
Works great.

4.5 cmmg barrel and bolt with 15-22 mag adapter and taccom pressure plug. 3.5lb CMC flat trigger. Thousands of rounds. No issues with trigger

I might just have to take a CMC trigger out of one of my other lowers and just try it out.

I am using a Hiperfire 24C with my Tactical Solutions 16" upper.  The Hiperfire greatly improved the reliability & ended the issue of light strikes due to the hard strike of the Hiperfire.

I'm using ALG ACT. Low price, smooth.

I prefer GI springs for ignition + slowing bolt down.

I cant speak to it being the best, but I've got a RRA 2 stage in my CMMG dedicated upper. It runs well. No problems with ignition or reset.
