Anyone know of a reliable 357 sig AR upper(complete or made up of various parts) that will work with a QC10 lower or similar with Glock mags?

Contact Ron Williams  at RMW XTREME,  he has built a bunch of DI 357 SIGs and  several on the various glock lowers.

with a blow back as opposed to direct impingement there is a good chance you will straighten out part of your bottle necked cases... a friend did a MecTech in 9x25 and got straight walled 10mm cases out of the ejection port with his normal major power factor loads

Yes the 357 SIG  is not the best in blow back, I have seen several people try to do a blow back 357 SIG and that happens since the back thrust is so high.
