I put an order in for a RRA .40 when they first introduced that they were making the rifle for the civilian market almost when my wife was pregnant with my youngest.  He turns 9 this month   I originally just wanted an up to fit my (mm lower, well with the changes and my 9mm being an older model that was not possible.  I have my gun now customized to what I wanted: quad rails, aimpoint, ect.  I was going to change the trigger out, but I am pleased with the factory trigger.
The gun is amazing.  It shoots great, more accurate than my 9mm at 50 yds, about 1 inch.  I really like the gun and glad that I waited so long to set it up.
I just wish RRA would make a 10 round magazine.

We will.  Just don't have tremendous demand for it, so we're concentrating efforts on other projects.

Steve...hope you don't mind the suggestion,

It won't be near the quality of the RRA magazine........BUT you can modify a Promag 10 round 45 UZI mag to feed 40 S&W.....holds 12 rounds......and won't have the last round bolt hold open....but if you are just looking for a shorter mag to shoot off the bench...they will work.....

Don't mind at all.
.Decent idea for benching an LAR-40.
We really need to do them at 10rds or less for those trapped in unfree states.
