Received my Colt 9mm Lula magazine loader today. How sweet it is!
Works great both loading and unloading if you so desire. I had to wait for couple of months but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend them. Those Israel military planners know their stuff'. |

I returned from vacation today and found the same thing in my mailbox!!

| I have used the Cammenga(sp?) Easyloader with great success while loading 20 and 32 round metalform mags. Also, I think that they have worked well with the old C products mags. However, it is tedious to load the easy loader itself. Is there anyone out there that have used both for comparison? |

I own a LULA for every mag system I have for which there is a LULA made. I even use my MP5 LULA to load my MP5 cmags. |

Maybe slightly off topic. But would sten loaders work with metalform mags? There are three or four types of sten loaders. Some might work with a metalform mag, if they just squat over the top of the feed tower to provide a pusher lever or button, and if they'd physically and stably fit on the metalform mag (sten mags are much thinner and pointier at the top than colt pattern magazines). |

Be careful if you use the LULA with C-Products mags. I have a couple of them and they are even worse than Colt/MF mags in terms of spring stiffness. I can't load them past 20-25 rds even with the Lula. They will actually pull the little metal tab (the part that locks in the mag's catch) out of the plastic body of the loader. I would love to see a metal-body version of that loader to do away with that one weak spot.
They do work fantastically well with Colt/Metalform mags though. |
