I ordered a complete 9mm upper from them Saturday night and it hasn't shipped yet. I know I'm just being impatient but the item shows being in stock and not a custom build. Is this just how they roll? How long do I get to wait for them to ship the thing?

I ordered a mega monoliticic upper and shipped next day.
And on top of it they discounted it even more before it shipped.

Should have to Thursday

My last order never updated on the site, but arrived within a few days of my placing the order.

Just got an email saying the shipping label was just generated. I guess no PEW PEW this weekend.

I tend to allow at least a week for an online order to process and ship; if it arrives in under 7 days, I'm thrilled.  I don't pay for expedited handling/overnight shipping, and I don't expect the services.  I'm glad you got your order confirmation.

Shipping varies from company to company. I ordered parts through a friend at a huge discount on Tuesday and he handed them to me yesterday at 1 PM.
Way out of the ordinary to my amazement, less than one day there to here. I've got something else on order out of Las Vegas, No notification of any action
since my order but as I mentioned, that's normal procedure for some companies. If I don't hear or receive for weeks then I'll take action....

Good Luck,
Dave S

I guess I'm more used to ordering from warehouse places like McMaster Carr, Midway USA, or MSC. McMaster Carr if I get my order in before 3 pm I almost always have it in my hand the next afternoon, and I don't pay expedited shipping either. I'm not bagging on them, just not used to it and totally impatient to get to play with my new toys.

It's pretty clear right on their front page:

Parts orders will generally be a 2-3 day lead time, custom builds will be 7-10 days. We are filling orders in the order they come in.  We will contact you if there are items that are out of stock.

Mine was a build and it took 2 weeks. It was WELL worth the wait.

I order alot stuff through Marks Armory,Joe Bobs. Both are close by but I usually have the stuff within two or three days and a track number usually the same day. Good prices too and reasonable shipping. I am really impatient too

I live close to jse and there store is a far cry from a warehouse .  they are a small retailer with a high volume of walk in traffic and limited with the number of employees. I am amazed they have managed to keep up as well as they have .
I have no financial links to there operation other than they relieve me of alot of cash on a regular basis. they are good people and will get your order out right.
