Try the RTV trick on the charge handle, I think there's info in the FAQ, I know there's a how-to that's been posted earlier. I did this to both my 9mm upper & my 7.62x39 to stop residue from getting on my glasses. What's the weight of your buffer? should be running at least 5 oz., I'm running the RRA 5.4 oz carbine buffer & stock spring.
