Looks great..Have a question however..Do the pistol calibers such as .45 and 9mm take a special lower to build or are they built on a regualr AR15 lower? Thanks It can go either way. One can use a dedicated lower or install a mag well adapter in a 5.56 lower. I have both and both work OK. |

They can be done on both.....the AR45 lower by CNC guns is prefferable IF you want unmodified 30 round mags.....But a Mag well adaptor and .45 Uzi Mags is also an option....Currently Promag is offering 10 round Uzi mags that work well with minor modification and 20 roundmags will be available soon...I have been assured that I have engineering samples of the hi cap mags in shipment. and will post a video of them running when they arrive and I get them modified..... And thanks for the kind comments Steve...... |

Thanks. |

I'd prefer to not have to modify mags at all. Was thinking of going with the CNC guns AR45 lower and GG mags if that combo would work reliably. |

this is one fine looking rifle sure would be a nice addition to once collection. can you provide some more detailed info on it / thank you The upper was built by me.....starting with an LAR A3 upper reciever, a 1 in 16 twist barrel blank, a 450 bushmaster bolt and a Troy industries rifle length rail. I make the barrel from a blank, and the gas block and tube from raw stock. I'm sure the owner will chime in with the components that he stuffed into the lower..... |
