Thanks I am trying that right now but I hate computers.
Got it finally but do not know how.. Anyway he was using my RR lower for a time to shoot his 22 dedicated CMMG upper but we finished up his complete rifle today. It is built on a Aero Precision lower,DPMS lower parts kit,scope is just a cheapo Walmart Tasco and that will more likely be upgraded later if it causes any problems.Front rail is a 39.00 UTG,bipod is a NcStar...Upper of course is a Dedicated CMMG with the Wasp barrel,whatever that means..Oh the 4 position stock is a Command model and looks really nice for the money.. Anyway we have around 550.00 in it..We looked at going with a SW MP22 but decided this build was a better option than paying 500.00 for the SW that cannot be upgraded to 5.56 later for him..For a few dollars more it is more like a "Real AR" than the SW. Anyway its alot of scratch for .22 but he really likes it and I kinda do too.. Hate the color of the CMMG mag but we are waiting on the new Generation of the CMMG mags to get out.. Not that he needs one but we may find him a bayonet for it since the lug is there anyway,mostly because he collects knives and that could also be part of his knife collection.. |
| Thanks,that picture thing was tough,we did the dye job and it appears to have worked great..Looks like it will not rub off or scratch off like paint would..I would post a pic of the mag just for practice but have no desire to be frustrated today and its not all that interesting I guess anyway.. .Thanks to both Daves... |
