I have a Colt 6450.  I am wanting to build a flat top upper for it.  Are all 9mm barrels and bolts compatible with the Colt dedicated 9mm lower?  I do not want to tear apart the Colt upper just to swap parts into a flat top receiver.  Which companies upper parts will work with this lower?  Thanks in advance.

I built mine using Spike's upper & barrel, Larue handguard and just used the colt bolt.  Stuck it all on top of the Colt lower and it works great.
