Talk to me about the Tac Sol AR MC. I've got a Spike's that won't run. I don't have time to tweak it yet and am considering two Tac Sol .22LR uppers for dedicated builds. One of which would be the AR MC.... Can anyone post pics of the unit broken down for cleaning? This would offset a thread-on Tac Innov .22LR can that I have, that breaks down easily for cleaning.

I asked about this upper in the suppressor forum about a week ago and didn't get many responses. One person suggested that the monocore suppressors have a first round pop that is louder than other types of cans.
This vendor has some pretty good pics on his GB auction page. click here I came close to buying it. But in the end, I decided to order a Tac Sol SBX upper which is threaded for a can. click here It has a similar appearance and doesn't need a SBR tax stamp because it has a 12.75" threaded barrel with permanent suppressor shroud bringing it to 16+". Now I just need to decide which can to buy. Seems like the SBX uppers are difficult to find and the I think the sale ends tomorrow. I don't know if that means in a few hours, or tomorrow night. |
