I was thinking about getting another spikes dedicated .22.  

Right now I have the m4 and when I ordered that I remember they had a lightweight version for the same price.  Is that model discontinued?

I haven't seen a LW Version from Spike's. you may try a call to
see if they could make one for you. Ballistic Advantage has made a
pencil barrel in 20"... They're Spike's Neighbor.

Tactical Solutions has a Light Weight Version that's on Sale at Black
Dog Machine and Gunkings if that fails to fly..

After talking to Spike's about a lightweight build I ordered a barrel from Ballistic Advantage to work with a dedicated Spike's bolt.  It should be here in the next week or so.

Adam at BA is a hell of a nice guy, and Spike's sends them a lot of business.
