I saw the new SIG 522 at Gilbert's Guns today. It looked nice. This one had a Black Dog magazine in it (mag was marked Sig Sauer). They said it didn't come with any sights. They also said nobody there had shot one yet. Waiting to see if these are worth buying.
They also had the Ruger SR-22R which they said was based on the Ruger 10/22. It looked just OK. It uses standard 10/22 magazines. |

| Looks like there is a long discussion about the Sig 522 in the Sig forum. Also looks like I will wait for gen 2 of the bolt before buying. They used the dreaded e-clip. |
