Below, are my two St-22's. the top rifle is a Spikes ST15/St-22.....with Lothar Walther barrel and is a tack driver. The bottom has the GM Barrel with a Bushmaster lower and so far at 50yds is also extrememly accurate. I am looking for a slimmer forearm grip. Any suggestions? Initially I was going to go with a YHM Diamond Full length rail but I am open to something else.

Well, I'm not SpecOps, but on the BM, why not a CAR handguard? They're skinny compared to the M-4 handguard. It'll go right on.

If you are looking for a railed hand guard that is narrow, I like DD. You could go wit the DD Lite or the Omega if you want drop in. Plastic, I too would go with a set of CAR hand guards.

Agreed...you won't find anything slimmer than a DD Omega.

Once you put ladder covers on the DD side rails, you are back to the same width as, or even slightly wider than, a non railed tube.

I guess it depends on what kind of handguard the OP is looking for (railed, no rails, or optional rails) and what price point he is targeting.

I don't think the question was directed at me but I couldn't resist.

PimpedGSG: I was going to go with a YHM Diamond Full length rail

I take it that were talking about the LW, or are you going to remove the
fictitious Sight / Gas Block on the GM?

YHM Diamond is pretty hard to get but very cool. I'm not sure you're going to
get slimmer by the time you're done. Unless you're talking about the GM and
getting rid of the M4 Handguard that's on it. then the possibilities are endless.

YHM has a Shitload of choices..

Or, check this, There's one on the Lothar Walther BB I'm testing.
Also check near the bottom of the page for others.

I use ladder rail covers on all mine so it does not add any width.

Funny you mention the front sight and the gas block.....I know i never will use that sight but I keep it there because if I didn't, someone would post.....EPIC FAIL NO IRON SITES lol

Looking into the DD Omega atm, but have not ruled out the Diamond.

They look like M4's to me. The CAR hand guards from Bushmster are much smaller.

Yeah, CAR handguards are barely larger than the delta ring.

Thats from an M4 CMMG. I had an MOE on it but I decided I hated it more than the M4 guard
