I know some 5.56 uppers can be bought with chrome lined barrels. Are there any 9mm uppers that offer this feature?

Bravo Company makes one...not sure if there are any real benifits since it won't see rifle velocities or corrosive ammo.

Colt's are chrome lined. IIRC CMMG also had some chrome lined 9mm barrels.
