Can you use a 9mm bcg and barrel on a 556 upper?

On my oly, i just had to drill the ejector holes. But that is an oly......

It's no trouble at all. You just wind up with a gas tube hole and forward assist you don't need with the 9.

If you go with a LMT MRP you can have 5.56, 6.8, 22LR and 9mm in a single upper.
